6pm - 7pm
Expect a warm island welcome to the sprawling stretch of Siloso Beach, where cocktail hour is made special by the view of lushly landscaped islets. As guests are greeted with cool tropical cocktails, a comic magician will amaze and entertain them as he wanders through the party performing amazing tricks. Steps away, jugglers and a fire eater entertain with visually stunning moves to the rhythmic drum beat of Latin music, while a caricaturist creates humorous and memorable illustrations for each guest.

Upon arrival, guests are ushered to the Sky Deck located just steps away. Sipping the famous Singapore Sling or an ice-cold Tiger beer on the wooden platform, guests soak in the intimate atmosphere and enjoy the colourful sunset upon the busiest port in the world.

7pm - 10pm
After the refreshing cocktail, guests are ushered to Sapphire Pavilion. As guests make their way along the sandy beach in the sunset, strolling musicians set the tone for the evening.

To create a fine dining atmosphere, Sapphire Pavilion is transformed into a lavishly elegant, air-conditioned salon. A spacious reception area, subtle lighting and other special touches set the stage; indulging guests in the delights of an exquisitely prepared gourmet cuisine (our chefs are capable in customising thematic menu for your event). Dinner entertainment, ranging from classical, cultural to modern, can be arranged to enhance the dining experience.

After the sumptuous dinner, guests retreat to the patio overlooking the South China Sea, into a haven of sweet indulgences. Chill out on comfortable seating with the background of the mellow sounds of jazz, or, wind down with a smooth cigar and aged cognac.

The evening culminates with a stunning fireworks finale, providing an impressing end to a gala experience.
